Take the LEAD Safety Campaign

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Safety was the number one priority for this client. Operating in the high-risk industry of collision repair. The organisation identified a lack of safety awareness and wanted to change this and fast.

  • Developed ‘Take the LEAD’ a cultural safety program designed to shit behavior that moves beyond compliance.

  • Designed a simple and engaging safety ambassador ‘Klutz’ to be the face of the campaign and deliver the messaging in a unique way.

  • Developed the Take the LEAD Safety Manual outlining the 14 Highest Risks complete with Standards, Checklists and SOPs that was rolled out to 3500 team members.

  • Delivered an interactive online Safety Induction program using SCORM.

  • Issued Take the LEADS Safety Kits to over 170 sites consisting of Score Boards, Notice Boards, Risk Awareness Messaging and First Aid Kits.

  • Developed, designed a new Safey focused Uniform including, safety boots, fire retardant and antistatic items.

RESULTS: Reduced LTIs by more than 63% in the initial 6 months.
